Refund and Return Policy
1. Introduction
This policy governs the refunds, returns, and exchanges for all digital products, subscriptions, and IT services offered directly on donaldsonrf.com. Because I provide intangible digital goods and highly specialized labor, strict guidelines apply to protect the integrity of my software and services.
By making a purchase on this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, in conjunction with my Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure.
2. Expert Advisors (EAs) and Downloadable Software
I offer a strict 7-day refund policy for unused digital products. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of purchase and you must not have downloaded the product.
Crucial Note on Digital Downloads & EU Consumer Rights: Due to the nature of source code and executable files (such as MQL5 Expert Advisors and indicators), once a digital product is downloaded, the sale is final. By purchasing and initiating the download of my digital products, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (including any 14-day cooling-off period applicable under European Union consumer law) once the download has commenced.
Simply clicking the download link generated after your purchase is recorded by my server as a successful download. My system maintains a precise log of file access, which will be used as undeniable proof of delivery in any payment dispute.
3. Subscriptions (Copy Trading, Signals, and Memberships)
If you purchase a recurring membership or subscribe to my trade signal/copy trading services, please note that subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed for the current billing cycle, no refunds will be issued for that period. However, you maintain full control over your membership and can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent any future charges from being applied.
4. Custom Development and IT Services
For custom MQL5 programming, WordPress troubleshooting, and server management, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis prior to the commencement of the work. Once I have begun writing custom code or actively intervening in your server infrastructure, the labor becomes non-refundable.
5. Affiliate Products and Third-Party Purchases
This Refund Policy applies solely to products and services sold directly by Donaldson R F. I do not process payments or handle returns for products, VPS hosting, or prop firm challenges purchased through third-party vendors via my affiliate links. 6. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., you purchased an EA within the last 7 days but have not clicked the download link), please submit your refund request by emailing info@donaldsonrf.com. Ensure you include your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund.
7. Processing Your Refund
I will personally review your refund request within 48 business hours and notify you via email of my decision. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account varies depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your approved refund after the expected processing time, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as they often have mandatory processing periods before a refund officially posts. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your funds, please reply directly to the email thread where your refund was approved.
8. Exchange Policy
I offer a 7-day Exchange Policy strictly for unused digital products. To be eligible, you must request the exchange within 7 days of purchase and must not have downloaded the original product. The same rule applies: if my system records that you have clicked the download link for the initial product, an exchange is no longer possible.
